With a PhD in AI and a research-to-production mindset, he focuses on reliability: combining modern LLM performance with verification-style constraints to reduce hallucinations and improve consistency in regulated environments.

Marios Amin is a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer at Xybern, working across product engineering and applied AI to turn advanced capabilities into reliable, scalable features. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Frederick University, and combines hands on software development with an entrepreneurial mindset as the Founder & CEO of OBSRV.
At Xybern, Marios focuses on building end-to-end systems, bridging frontend, backend, and AI integration, while keeping performance, security, and clean architecture at the core. His experience building real products from the ground up makes him a key driver of execution, iteration speed, and engineering quality.
