AI agents are acting. We built the layer that decides if they can.

Every AI action in your organisation should pass through an enforcement boundary before it executes. We're building that boundary, the system that sits inline, decides in milliseconds, and leaves a cryptographic record of every decision it makes.

Dr Charalambos Theodorou

Founder & CEO

Charalambos is the Founder and CEO of Xybern, building the mandatory execution pathway for enterprise AI, the system that sits directly in the execution path and determines whether every AI action is allowed to run.

He leads research and engineering across the verification engine, the cryptographic identity layer and the provenance vault. His focus is on making AI enforcement deterministic, the same inputs produce the same enforcement decision every time, with a permanent immutable record.

PhD in AI. Research-to-production mindset. Previously focused on AI reliability in high-stakes environments.

Omar Emara

Co-Founder & CRO

Omar is Co-Founder and CRO at Xybern. He spent four years at Salesforce helping organisations across the Middle East and Africa adopt AI at scale. The pattern he saw repeatedly: teams wanted AI to move faster, but every time an AI system made a significant decision, a client communication, a financial action, a workflow trigger, someone had to manually check it. There was no enforcement layer. No system that could say this action is authorised before it ran.

At Xybern, Omar builds the commercial frameworks and enterprise partnerships that bring mandatory AI enforcement into production workflows.

Monika Piekoszewska

CMO

Monika is CMO at Xybern. She brings an MSc in Forensic Psychology to a positioning problem most AI companies get wrong: the gap between what a system can do technically and what a buyer can trust enough to put in a production workflow.

Her focus is on making the enforcement argument land for enterprise buyers, CTOs, CISOs, compliance leads and legal teams, who need to understand not just what Xybern does but why no AI system should be allowed to act without it. She drives brand, content and go-to-market across Xybern's priority verticals, including financial services, legal and regulated enterprise.

MSc Forensic Psychology Brand & GTM

The question was never whether AI is capable. The question is whether anything is deciding if it should act. That is what we are building.
